The raison d’ etre of the organization of the Foundation.

PSHSFI was incorporated by parent officers of the PSHS PTA together with then Director, Dr. Cleofe M. Bacuñgan on February 11, 1978.

The main objective was to help the PSHS “hire and keep the best teachers for the students”.

Their goal was to create Teaching Chairs to fund salary augmentation to prevent teachers from being pirated by private and international schools.
